​A 24 hour simulation was conducted on the MicroGrid model described above. The contribution for renewables and the secondary power source to the load along with the battery state is shown below. We considered different scenarios for the micogrid, to analyze the performance of the controller in each case. Negative values in battery power shows its charging at that instant and negative values in the power secondary shows that solar, wind along with battery couldn’t compensate for the load demands, hence buying power from the main grid.
